Eight rustic cottages and six motel rooms located on the banks of a clean mountain brook. All cottages have kitchens and are pet friendly. Motel rooms have coffee makers, refrigerators and microwaves. Motel room are not pet friendly though... All rooms have cable TV with access to free wifi and are NON SMOKING. Swimming, campfire pits, barbecues, play areas for the kids with a paddleboat in the brook for them to use, and lots more. Come float on an inner tube or just relax in a hammock by the edge of the brook. We are located only 2 miles from the entrance to the famous Kancamagus Highway, one of our regions most beautiful and scenic drives, not to mention all the many trails, waterfalls and swimming areas along the sides of the roadway. Close to many of our areas attractions and outlet shopping too. Lots of great place to eat nearby as well. We continually strive to make improvements to our property.
